green tea for your eyes

I was sick over the weekend and had all the puffy and sore eyed glory that goes along with being sick. I had been meaning to try out green tea bags on my eye for ages but never got around to it till now. It is simple to do just pour a little water over 2 tea bags {I used green tea jasmine} and let steep a few minutes to release the caffeine. Gently squeeze out the extra water and let cool a few minutes. Place on your eyes and if you have 15 minutes let them sit for the full 15. Your skin does not get stained at all and your eyes will feel amazing afterwards, I have done this 3 times so far and love it. I found round tea bags work best since you can fold them to fit over your eyes perfectly.
