blueberry brownies with lavender earl grey
Blueberry Brownies with Lavender Earl Grey
makes a very small batch I used a 7.5 inch mini pan to make these
what you will need:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup flour (heaping)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lavender earl grey tea bag, cut open. (I used a brand called Pukka, called Gorgeous Grey. Stash also makes one called Paris Breakfast that is quite floral)
how to make:
Melt butter and add in loose tea from tea bag let cool a bit. Beat in egg and add in sugar and stir. Add cocoa, flour, salt and vanilla mix well. By the handful add in your blueberries, I didn't measure just eye balled what looked like a good amount.
Pour into a well greased pan (I like olive oil to do this). Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 23 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
