winnipeg flash boutique

first picture taken from the Netti + Min facebook page, second is mine

Open now is an etsy based pop-up shop called flash boutique at 438 Graham Ave right across from the Bay downtown.  Rachael of Netti + Min whom I have been following on instagram (@nettiandmin) for awhile now has a section so I made sure to make my way down there to see what she had to offer. I will admit I did not waste much time to go and see her tooled leather in person after I saw it in the opening party pictures! There are a few other vintage sellers there including The Vintage Saint and Periwinkle Dzyns.

These pictures are from Laura's European Jewellery. There was a nice mix of vintage and her own designs.  The flash boutique offers a variety of hand-made items including jewellery, wood chests, knitting, screen printed t-shirts plus much more. There is definitely something for everyone I just tend to stalk vintage.

What did I come home with? Nothing vintage this time but I did find some lovely locally made all natural skin care items. I was missing a clay based mask in my skin care routine and this one from MAMA PACHA had three simple ingredients and was priced great. I have used it and no complaints it works great!

I could not stop smelling the rose body butter from Artemisia Herbal so I had to get it. It is really lovely I have been keeping up with my old lady ways and smoothing this on my elbows and hands before bed. My sheets smell great and I wake up with soft skin, win win!

Overall the Flash Boutique does have a different vibe than the Exchange Uporium. You should check out both while they are here. The Flash Boutique runs until the end of December for all of your upcoming holiday shopping needs.
