vintage-ish link love

Here is a glipse at what is inspiring me right now.
On Instagram:

I included three of her pictures since her etsy shop is filled with the most wonderful finds! Even though I don't wear vintage dresses I love seeing all the unique details they have to offer.  Our vintage paths never crossed even though she recently spent three years here in Winnipeg, if I would have only known!

I own a doppelganger for the gold and cream sweater she posted in this picture. I am now on the hunt for a white based polka dot blouse to pretty much wear it exactly the same way, not gonna lie. The rest of her account is filled with vintage and lifestyle goodness.

This post on how to ingeniously hang your heavy or light sweaters so they don't get shoulder bumps is amazing! You need to see the tutorial to wonder why you never thought of this before. I have already put this to good use.

Anybody else want to share what is inspiring them right now?

  2. Awesome sweater trick. That is so clever! Thank you for sharing, dear gal - and for introducing me to those two new (to me) Instagram accounts. I'm following both now myself, too.

    Have a fabulous Friday & Valentine's weekend,
    ♥ Jessica

  3. Thanks so much, Daphne, for the kind words about my shop! I think I just discovered your blog as I was about to LEAVE Winnipeg -- wish I'd found you sooner; would have loved to hit up some of the local thrifty haunts with you!

P.S. Gonna employ that sweater trick now -- if I can only find some extra hangers!
