last week in pictures : a vintage pop-up, etsy and motocycles

On Sunday another lovely vintage pop-up was held by nettieandmin, thevintagesaint and ohsolovelies at the ARTlington studios. The studio space is beautiful and the people who run the pop-ups are always so nice. Coffee was catered by little sister coffee maker and dainties by Rachael's mom. I went looking for sweaters and a tooled leather purse sadly I came home empty handed

I added three new items to my shop over the week. A cute 1940's celluloid German souvenir brooch, an older Winnipeg Jets button and a new crescent moon brooch which I am probably going to borrow this week in the spirit of Halloween.

I haven't taken on many freelance projects these days (they can cause too many grey hairs) but a lady whom I have done custom decals for in the past asked me to make her some new ones. Making custom bike or car decals can be fun so if you would like one you can e-mail me or visit my portfolio.

  1. oohhh.. have been so busy with wedding prep that i haven't paid attention to pop ups and markets! good to see some photos from yesterday's vintage pop up. the space does look incredible!

    Have a great week!

  2. You are a lady of so many fabulous talents, dear Daphne. It's super cool that you're able to make custom decals. I don't drive myself, but if I know of anyone who is looking for such, I will point them in your direction right away.
