last week in vintage

Last week my beloved crescent moon brooch sold in my etsy shop. It was my most viewed and liked item and now that it is sold my shop stats are a bit sad. I do need to get out and hunt down more items for my shop! I did add one new item, a beautiful size 32 tootled leather belt! Too big for me or else I would not be selling it.

I maaaay have finally thrifted a pair of vintage frames for me to put my prescription in. They are slightly worse for wear (the arms are different colors, one silver one grey/pink. Along with the stained ear guards not being able to be replaced) I am still on the fence if I should try and keep looking for a better condition frame at the thrift...

I spotted this fur change purse and was slightly shocked to find out what it was made from. Never seen or heard of Kangaroo fur being used for purses! I did not but this, just couldn't do it.

I like to keep a few orphaned dishes around to house gifts in and last week I actually parted with a dish. Often I decide to keep hoarding my jars and dishes!

Most vintage loving gals have a thing for lipstick and this months limited edition 250 points perk set from bite beauty for Sephora is a hit! The shade is Kir Royal and it is a lovely berry shade that works well for pale girls. I hate selfies but wanted to show how it looks on ghostly skin. I am wearing just the gloss, it is quite pigmented and easy to wear.

  1. oohhh.. might have to redeem my sephora points for that berry lipstick!! :D great color! :D

    Have a great week!

  2. Congrats on thrifting vintage glasses. They're super pretty!!!

    Big hugs,

  3. I've never heard of using kangaroo fur for that either, but I guess it makes sense.. in Australia, kangaroo is pretty much north Americans deer. I probably wouldn't have bought it either, too weird for me.
